BIOGRAPHY
Mark has an extensive background in all different styles of music. His academic level of training in jazz and classical music allows him to easily mold in many different pop styles ranging from rock, pop, country, and blues. He has played with groups that have opened up for acts including Steven Tyler, Rob Thomas, Styx, Four Year Strong, and Hawthorne Heights.

Mark attended Keene State College and graduated in 2017 with his Bachelors in Music Cum Laude. During his time at Keene State, he studied classical guitar with Dr. Jose Lezcano and Frank Wallace, and studied trombone with Dr. James Chesebrough. He was also active in the jazz program and was under the wing of Scott Mullett and Don Baldini.

Back home in New England, Mark was working extensively as a freelance guitarist for many bands and award winning artists including Amanda McCarthy, Whitney Doucet, and Ashley Jordan. As an acoustic cover artist, Mark was playing at many bars and restaurants in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. As a teacher, he was working at the School of Rock in Natick, MA, teaching 1-on-1 guitar lessons, and directing student rock bands.

Mark is now a Nashville resident, and has recently joined the touring band for legendary country artist Clay Walker. Mark is also working on more freelance guitar work, cover gigs, and songwriting ventures!
